About BeVCD:
BeVCD is a CLI package for playing and handling VideoCDs in BeOS. It consists of two little tools VCDGear and vcdplay.
BeVCD brings (experimental) support for VCDs to BeOS.
VCDGear is a tool for converting VCDs to standard clean MPEG1 files, but it also can handle CD-Images of those.
vcdplay is a tool for watching VCDs. It needs a RAW-enabled CD-ROM drive and SMPEG (for BeOS).
BeVCD brings all necessary tools, and descriptions, as a toolpack.

vcdplay accepts smpeg command-line options:
--noaudio, --novideo, --fullscreen, --double or -2,
--volume N or -v N, --scale wxh or -s wxh.
Also minor code fixes in vcdplay.
