About The Dark Site:
Free HTML-Editor with advanced, configurable syntax-styling, powerful Browser-Preview and an extensive Search/Replace-function specially designed for XML/HTML-documents.
The Dark Site is aimed at offering a comfortable, intelligent way to create HTML-code. Currently I am working on the Editor, but later I will add other modules such as Inspectors for specific HTML/XML-Tags and a SiteManager.
_Future_ plans include:
* intelligent Type-2-HTML: automatic conversion from special chars to entities and other HTML-code
* live HTML-Help, online lookup and Tag-completion
* Unlimited Undo
* intelligent inspectors for various HTML-Tags
* Toolbar for the most important Tags
* a Site-manager

Details about this version:
- PPC-version!
- fixed some issues in the Syntax-Preview:
- unnecessary slowdown when clicking in the preview to select a mode
- inserted some space after "Style" sothat it's always visible
- clicking on a comment was not handled properly
- "Normal text" was invisible (at the end of the line) - placed in new line and indented properly when AutoIndent is on
- fixed a bug that caused DarkSite to preview&reload the page over and over if preview was turned off, but an interval was specified
