Master Graphics Elects New Chairman of its Board of Directors

MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 7, 2000--Master Graphics, Inc., (OTC: MAGR - news) today announced Michael B. Bemis has been elected Chairman of its Board of Directors. Mr. Bemis has held several executive positions with Entergy Corporation, including CEO of London Electricity, President/COO of Louisiana Power & Light/New Orleans Public Service and President/COO of Mississippi Power & Light. Mr. Bemis was also CFO of Arkansas Power & Light and was formerly a partner with Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).

Commenting on his election, Mr. Bemis stated, ``I am very pleased to be a part of the Master Graphics organization. Over the last few months, I have had the opportunity to get to know the Board, Bob Diehl, our new CEO and President, and the rest of the management team. I am confident that we are moving the Company in the right direction and look forward to my role in this exciting period of the Company's history.''

Bob Diehl, Master Graphics' President and CEO, added ``Mike Bemis' business background will provide additional experience to our management efforts as we continue to focus on achieving the objectives of our Year 2000 Operating Plan.'' Diehl continued, ``In connection with the operating plan, we have completed the move of our corporate headquarters to 70 Timber Creek Drive, Suite 5, in Cordova, TN, 38018.''

In other actions, the Board of Directors set February 23, 2000, as the date the company will release its 4th quarter results of operations.
