We just released ClanLib 0.4.0. It is fairly stable and is now adviced in favor of the 0.2.x stable serie. Go get it at the download page. 2nd of February 2000, Magnus Norddahl says: ClanLib 0.3.1 sources now available. Go get it at the download page.
