Hey, my brother's doing great - thanks for asking! And if you hadn't heard what happened - a deluxe passenger van fell on his head, but God spared him, and my brother's now a walking miracle.

And yep, I'm still planning to put a personal profile up sometime in the future, but right now I'm busy editing and I don't like to think about myself. So you can see how it's kinda counter-productive to my making the effort to type up a full self profile.

I still seem to be getting requests from people wanting to know more about me. So maybe I should take the time to write up a proper profile... But in the meantime, I've added some items to my personal ODP bookmarks - all my favorite stuff, if you wanna check that out.

Oh, and speaking of Warner Bros - FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, GO SEE THE IRON GIANT !!! ...now in theaters everywhere. Animation fans and critics alike are giving it rave reviews - it's already being hailed as "an instant classic", "an animated masterpiece", and "the greatest animated film in years". Seems rather unusual to see such positive comments from people without their using the word "sucks" in association with an animated film from Warner Bros.

It's worth every bit of the price of a movie ticket to experience this one in the theater (unless you live in New York City - what is it, like 35 dollars to see a movie there now?). Don't wait for it to come to video, or to play forever in repeat airings when it goes to HBO and HBO Family - miss the chance to see this one in theaters and you'll regret it for the rest of your natural life. It's an all-around fantastic animated film with a great story, enjoyable characters, first-rate voice cast, beautiful animation, a splendid soundtrack, and it's NOT a musical either. It's funny too, and fun for all ages. Heck, it's even a great date movie.

...or at least that's why some guy at work told me.
