Java Wallet Bug/Feature Request Report Form

Please use this form to report any bugs that you find in the Java Wallet. Using this form you can also request features that you would like to see in the Java Wallet, the JECF, or Smart Card support.

Please see the help page if you need assistance in filling out this form.

If you would like to ask questions or get help with problems, please use one of our Aliases.

Before submitting a bug report, check the following:

  • See the Release Notes to find the features and known problem list for your version of Java Wallet.
  • Java Wallet version you are using. (To find the version number, in the Wallet open the pull-down menu Help->About item.
  • Make sure you are running the latest version of the software. Get the latest copy of Java Wallet Now!
  • Read the Java Commerce Installation FAQ.
