GloupsText

If you've got an unusual Web site, a music site, or just want to get some attention, the GloupsText applet may be just the ticket! Free for non-commercial sites!

Usage: Download GloupsText.jar and place it within your HTML directory. Also you may want to download the palette file. The author's site also has more info, as well as a palette creation tool available to create other palettes.
