A. No, but I might be able to assist in finding help. Keep in mind that there is no substitute for specific advice from a lawyer in the appropriate jurisdiction.
You can find links to some sites that help you find an appropriate lawyer (including some sites that offer free legal advice through their referral networks of attorneys in various jurisdictions), and some that help you work on your legal problem yourself, on my Self-Help Net Links page. You can still ask me, however, and if I can suggest a specific place to get the answer, I will. You also are likely to get general advice through the Forum.
