All-Star Team in Exhibition Mode
At the title screen with the cursor on "Start", press and hold L1 + R2 + Select + Start until the screen fades out. You will then be able to select the ALL STAR TEAM in exhibition mode.

Bonus Players
To get Magic Johnson, go to the create a player option and choose create a new player. Choose model number 25. When you see the player in a game, you should see Magic's face. He will also be wearing knee pads.
To get Larry Bird, do the same thing you did to get Magic except choose model number 29. You can change the number of each player if you want.

Hidden Players
Three of the greatest players to ever grace a basketball court are hidden in this game. I don't know why they're hidden, but Michael Jordan is masquerading as M.GUARD for the Bulls, Shaq O'Neil is posing as S.CENTER in the Lakers, and Charles Barkley is barking up the wrong tree as C.FORWARD for the Rockets.
