The libical group will create open-source
libaries that implement the calendaring
and scheduling protocols defined by the IETF's calsch
Working group. These libraries include:

This version generates a parser which reads in iCAL components,
turns them into an internal form, and then prints them back out.
Most of the values types are implemented ( except RECUR and BINARY)
but error reporting and handling still need work.
