Webtasker (version 2.0)

Requisitos para el funcionamiento del programa:

-Servidor Apache.

-PostgreSQL (ultimas versiones)

Descripción:

El programa está diseñado para la gestión interna de las tareas de una empresa y la asignación de éstas a cada uno de los trabajadores de la misma. De manera que, en cada momento, tenemos controladas qué tareas se están llevando a cabo, y quienes las están realizando.

Description:

This program is designed for internal management of a company's tasks and assigning them to individuals. This allows control over each task and how each worker performs it.

Pagina principal:

Al entrar, el webtasker le pedirá el nombre de usuario y la correspondiente clave, los cuales, previamente, un supervisor habrá introducido por medio de la gestión de usuarios. Hay siempre un usuario inicial, llamado "admin", que pondrá en funcionamiento el sistema.

Una vez se accede a la página aparece un listado de tareas, clasificadas en:
Tareas asignadas al usuario que accede a la página
Tareas creadas por dicho usuario
Resto de tareas en caso de ser supervisor

Con este listado se podrán obtener los siguientes datos:
Nombre de la tarea
Creador
Operarios asignados
Estado de la tarea
Prioridad de la tarea

Cada tarea tiene un enlace que permitirá acceder a su gestión.

En está página se puede crear una nueva tarea, en caso de que no exista, accediendo a la página de gestión de tareas donde introducirá los datos de la misma.

Por último, aparece un enlace a gestión de usuarios.

Main page:

On startup webtasker2 asks for login and password, previously entered by the supervisor through user management functions. An initial user named "admin" starts the system.

In the main page you can see a list of tasks classified as follows:
Tasks assigned to user accessing page
Tasks created by that user
All tasks if user is "supervisor"

This list shows the following data related to tasks:
Task's name
Creator
Assigned user(s)
State
Priority

Every task has a link to its 'Task management' page.

On this page you can create a task if doesn´t already exist, and then access the task management page to enter data.

Finally, there's a link to the 'User Management' page.

Gestión de tareas:

A esta página se accede a través de la página principal y aparecen los datos de la tarea seleccionada:
Nombre
Comentarios, donde se puede introducir información referente a la tarea que pueda ser de interés para los demás usuarios que tengan asignada la misma.
Creador de la tarea
Prioridad
Estado

Aparecerá también un listado de usuarios asignados a dicha tarea con los siguientes datos:
Nombre de usuario
Subtarea asignada, que indica la labor referente a la tarea encomendada a cada usuario junto con un comentario
Estado de la subtarea, del cual dependerá el estado de la tarea: si todas las subtareas están no iniciadas, la tarea estará no inicada, si todas las subtareas están finalizadas, la tarea estará finalizada, la tarea estará iniciada en el resto de casos.

Estos datos son modificables por el creador de la tarea o los supervisores.
Igualmente, cada usuario podrá modificar los datos de la subtarea que tenga asignada.

Además, supervisores y creador podrán agregar usuarios a la tarea.

Management of task:

This page is accessible from the main page and shows the information related to the selected task:
Name
Description: task information that might be of interest to all users of this task
Task creator
Priority
State

Also, a list of subtasks appears with the following information:
Name of user
Assigned subtask, which shows the work account the task of each user with a comment
State of subtask, which the task state depends on: if every subtask state is not initialized, the task itself isn't initialized; if every subtask is initialized, the task is initialized. In all other cases (i.e., no subtasks) the state of the task is "initialized".

This data can be modified by the task creator or by any supervisor.
Each user can modify the data of his assigned subtask as well.

The task's creator and all supervisors can add users/subtasks to the main task.

Gesttón de Usuarios

A esta página solo podrán acceder los supervisores, que son aquellos que tienen control sobre cualquier tipo de gestión que realice el programa.

Aparece un listado de los usuarios del sistema con los siguientes datos:
Login
Clave
Nombre
Apellidos
E-mail, sirve para notificar cambios en las tareas.
Supervisor, este campo indica si el usuario es supervisor o no.

El supervisor, pues, podrá:
Modificar los datos de los usuarios.
Crear nuevos usuarios, se requerirá, al menos introducir login, nombre,apellidos y correo.

User Management page:

Only supervisors with control over program management can access this page.

The list of system users shows the following data:
Login
Password
Name
Surname
E-mail: used to notify changes in tasks
Supervisor: this field indicates whether the user is a supervisor or not

A supervisor can then:
Modify user data;
Create new users; minimum required data are login, name, surname and e-mail.

Noitificación por Correo:

Cuando una tarea es modificada o eliminada y una subtarea cerada,modificada o eliminada, será enviado un correo a los usuarios y al creador.
Si se trata de una tarea, al ser modificada o eliminada por el creador, se le enviará un correo a los usuarios con alguna subtarea; en el caso de que sea un superusuario tamnbién se le enviará uno al creador.
Si se trata de una subtarea, al ser modificada por el usuario, recibi´ra un correo el creador; si el el creador, recibirá un correo el usuario; si es un superusuario, recibirá un correo tanto el creador como el usuario.

E-mail notification:

Whenever a task is modified or deleted or a subtask is created, modified or deleted, an email is sent to the users and owner.
If a task is modified or deleted by the owner, an email is sent to the users of the task. If a superuser does the modification an email is sent to the owner.
If a user creates,modifies or deletes a subtask an email is sent to the owner. If the creator performs such an operation an email is sent to the user; if a superuser does this an email is sent to both creator and user.

Ahora se puede instalar para distintos idiomas. (En este momento sólo español e inglés).
