In real life, I'm a research scientist at AT&T Labs - Research, where I study computer security and cryptography. I'm especially interested in trust management, smart cards, cryptographic protocols, and cryptography policy. (However, this site is not connected with AT&T.) The best way to reach me is by email, to either my work or home address. (If you've recently sent me email to which I haven't responded, your message may have been lost to a disk crash that occured in mid-September; please send it again).

If you're developing distributed applications that have security policies or credentials, check out the KeyNote Trust Management System, a free toolkit for specifying and checking for compliance with security policies. The KeyNote language is described in RFC-2704.
