hello all...
i'm a beginner with mysql. the host i am using gives me a page written in perl and has a dialogue box with two buttons "submit" and "test." i have attempted several variations of the beginning sql syntax, such as -h hostname -u username -p password, etc...
every time i get an error which reads "sql(): Errorparse error near '-h ... -u... -p...' on line 1"
any suggestions? thanks.
