| I'm looking for a good open (read almost free) database for Linux 6.0 -- basically a replacement for Oracle, which is obviously good, but not cheap!
Two alternatives I have seen are GNU SQL Server and Adabas-D. I am basically looking for best-of-breed in this catagory. Any suggestions as to which would be the best and where it could be obtained?
