When Derek and Tanya got engaged and started planning their June wedding, they wanted an easy way to share all the details with their family and friends. Their first thought: Create a Web site. Their second: How do we do that?

It turns out they already had a head start because they had used Office 2000 to organize their wedding plans: They created and tracked their guest list in Microsoft Excel 2000 and planned out their itinerary in Microsoft Word 2000. They also tried out some Office applications they hadn't used before: Microsoft PhotoDraw™ 2000, to crop and touch up their photos, and Microsoft MapPoint™ 2001, to make maps to send to wedding guests.

So, when Derek and Tanya were ready to build their Web site using the Microsoft FrontPage® Web site creation and management tool, they didn't have to start from scratch. They simply created a framework in FrontPage and imported the content they had already created.
