A central feature of our business is to provide technical support for the Python language and its associated modules. We pride ourselves on our access to the very best skills for diagnosing and fixing sources of difficulties you may encounter when using Python on critical projects.

Support contracts may be purchased on an annual basis with a minimum of 5 hours of e-mail support. A one time administrative setup fee of $450 along with a charge proportional to the annual support hours purchased is paid in advance to initiate the contract support. After that PPSI may be called upon to help solve any problem associated with the standard Python distribution or supported extensions. Response is guaranteed within 24 hours on weekdays. A minimum of a half hour will be charged against the balance of support hours for each problem.

In addition to the Python interpreter and standard modules all support contracts include support for the following Python-based packages directly from the authors.
