XJay

OVERVIEW

XJay is a small project whose design is very simple, provide a fast/flexible/ simple alternative to writing JavaBeans.

XJay takes XMLSchema and a XSLT Stylesheet and generates Java code with members/ getters and setters.

Since XJay is based on XSLT it is *very* easy to modify your XML Schema -> Java mapping. You would just modify your stylesheet until it generates code that you like.

RULES

XJay makes some basic assumptions when building objects:

• XMLSchema primitives map to Java primitives
  • string -> String
  • integer -> int
  • etc
• objects/methods have a defined mapping.
  • <element> -> Element <
  • <test-element> -> TestElement
