"Fix HAVE_CLOCK_GETRES HAVE_CLOCK_GETTIME checks " -> allow to detect getres and gettime inside lrt (centos 5) otherwise the check is not done.
"Add RTLD_* checks" mandatory for me on python 3.6, otherwise I can't import numpy (python hangs on import numpy"
