to use the HISC Logos - Rules for Use
To protect HISC's trademark and
Copyright rights, HISC will authorize the Logo to be used only in
accordance with the rules set forth below. Any unauthorized use of
the Logo or any trademark of HISC is an infringement of HISC's
trademark and Copyright rights.
Use of HISC or Other HISC Trademark
or Copyright Logos: The Logo may be used only on a Web site or
on printed materials that promote HISC Products or Resellers or
User Group activities, and in no other medium or manner. The logo
cannot be used in connection with any other product, company, or
User Group without the Express Written permission of HISC.
Appearance of the HISC Logos:
The HISC Logos may not be altered in any way whatsoever with
regard to colors, content, shape, or layout. The Logo may not be
displayed in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by
HISC of your products unless previously specified in writing.
Appearance of Individual Logos and
Text: TagGen in text must always be one word, capital T,
capital G. The HISC logo must always be one word, capitals HISC.
Fonts are provided in the download file to assure adherence to the
desired fonts (HISC Font: "Stop", TagGen and other
Products, "K".
No Negative Portrayal of HISC,
HISC Products. You may not use the logo in any way that
disparages HISC or its products or services, or that in the
reasonable opinion of HISC would tend to place HISC in an
unfavorable light; that infringes any HISC rights; or that
violates any state, federal or international law.
Rules Not Specified Here. If
you intend to the the logo in a manner not specified here then it
is UNAUTHORIZED. You will need to contact HISC to receive
Permission to use the logo before application.
