Download Python for Windows 3.1
Apart from upgrading to Windows 95 or 98, you have two choices to run Python on your Windows 3.1 box. (This also applies to Windows 3.11 and Windows for Workgroups.)
- Use a DOS binary.
- Use WPY, a portable GUI package
for Python based on the MFC classes. It is portable between Windows
95/98/NT, Windows 3.1, and Unix and binaries are available for both
Windows variants.
