This class can be used in a real simple fashion: a) You just instantiate the class HTMLPage by specifying the Web page. b) Ask the page for (Table, Row, Column) and a string is returned with the HTML text in that column.

HTML Support Class Library
(Software: Program)
|
DeltaI.HTML is a class library which simplifies using HTML with a Java program (as in a CGI script). HTMLTemplate and support classes provide a convenient way of populating HTML files with values without hard coding tags in print statements. HTML template files put document design back into your favorite HTML editor! TagFilterInputStream can replace HTML tags in a file with equivalent text entries. This allows you to quickly convert a HTML file into a text file while you read it. This class goes beyond tag stripping and can substitute specific text for tags and entities under user control (such as a line of dashes for a HR). -kw-

Jest (Java Embeddedable Servlet Templating) is a system for for generating Java servlet classes from HTML templates where java or a syntacily simplified javalike expressions may be embeded within SGML processing instructions in the template document. JEST templates are preprocessed by a perl a script that converts the JEST template into a Java source file which is then compiled into a Servlet class and copied to a servlet compatable web server. JEST is a very simple tool, but promises to deliver high performance, scalable, extensibale and embedable , dynamic document objects, whilst severely reducing the development and maintenance overheads complex java programming. Experienced programmers may however embeded as much complexity into these documents they like.
