The Court granted plaintiff INTEL CORPORATION'S ("INTEL'S") motion to strike the Answer of FACE-INTEL and enter default by an Order dated January 27, 1999. The Court granted plaintiff INTEL'S motion for summary judgment against KOUROSH KENNETH HAMIDI by an Order dated June 8, 1999, which disposed of all remaining causes of action.

Pursuant to those Orders, the Court now enters FINAL JUDGMENT in favor of INTEL.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that final judgment shall be entered forthwith in favor of INTEL and against defendants KOUROSH KENNETH HAMIDI and FACE-INTEL.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED THAT defendants, their agents, servants, assigns, employees, officers, directors, and all those acting in concert for or with defendants are hereby permanently restrained and enjoined from sending unsolicited e-mail to addresses on INTEL's computer systems.'
