VXE Software
License Agreement 1. Notice to User This Software License
Agreement (SLA) specify the use, associated conditions and responsibilities of the Sides concerning using the Virtual eXecuting Environment (VXE), which is called in what follows: "Software". The term
"Software" includes programs and related documentation supplied herewith, updates, modified versions and upgrades subsequently provided to you by InteS.Please read this Agreement carefully. Upon your
acceptance of this Agreement, InteS grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the Software, provided that you agree to the following. The Parties are:
- Developer and owner - InteS Company in the person of its vice president Serge Lozovsky;
- User of this software - the person who installed it on some computer and/or is responsible for its usage.
THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. 2. Use of the Software You may install the Software on a hard disk or other storage device; install and use the Software on a file server for use on a network for the purposes of:
- permanent installation onto hard disks or other storage devices;
- use of the Software over such network;
- make backup copies of the Software.
3. Conditions of Use This software may be used solely for:
- noncommercial educational purposes - to enable the evaluation and understanding of InteS products;
- noncommercial personal home use;
- evaluation purposes limited to 60 days, unless You have purchased a license for the Software;
- demonstrational purposes for prospective customers;
InteS grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty free limited SLA to use the Software only for purposes stated above and not for any others. You acquire no rights in the Software except the
limited use rights specified in this SLA, which you are required to read and agree to prior to use of this Software. The terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to the Software delivered by electronic,
download or other means and derivatives obtained therefrom, including any copy. The purchased license permits You to use Software on one computer. This licensed Software may not be sold, leased, assigned,
sublicensed or otherwise transferred, in whole or in part, by you. 4. Technical Support This Software is user-supported, meaning that
assistance in its installation and use may be limited to help available from friends, family, and other users. Though InteS does not guarantee technical support for this Software, we welcome your feedback to:

The Software comes with no warranty, and is provided on an "as is" basis. InteS, its affiliates, contractors, suppliers and agents make no warranties, expressed or implied,
and specifically disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty of intellectual property noninfringement. You assume the entire cost of any damage resulting from the
information contained in or produced by this Software. In no event shall InteS or others, who may distribute this Software, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages or
lost profits whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this
Software.You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and completely understand it, and that by using the Software you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that this agreement is
