Ltoh is a customizable LaTeX to HTML converter. It handles text, tables, super/sub scripts, and hypertext links. ltoh is a large Perl script, and hence is (almost completely) platform independent. ltoh is customizable in that you can specify how to translate a given LaTeX2e macro into HTML, including your own personal macros. In fact, you must manually specify how to handle your own macros, otherwise ltoh will give a friendly warning.
