get_magic_quotes_runtime

get_magic_quotes_runtime --  Get the current active configuration setting of magic_quotes_runtime.

Description

long get_magic_quotes_runtime (void)

Returns the current active configuration setting of magic_quotes_runtime. (0 for off, 1 for on).
