 Apache mod_php3 variables I found from phpinfo() are listed below. What I don't know is whether all of these (except QUERY_STRING, etc.) are present all the time. HTTP_ACCEPT HTTP_ACCEPT_CHARSET HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE HTTP_CONNECTION HTTP_HOST HTTP_REFERER HTTP_USER_AGENT PATH REMOTE_ADDR REMOTE_PORT SCRIPT_FILENAME SERVER_ADDR SERVER_ADMIN SERVER_NAME SERVER_PORT SERVER_SIGNATURE SERVER_SOFTWARE UNIQUE_ID GATEWAY_INTERFACE SERVER_PROTOCOL REQUEST_METHOD QUERY_STRING REQUEST_URI SCRIPT_NAME End.

 The variables available to PHP via phpinfo() are dependent on what Apache (et al) send. Apache (et al) can be configured to send all sorts of nifty things. Or not. All depends how Apache (et al) are configured.
