After Nintendo's/Gamefreak's huge success with Pokémon Red & Blue they've left Japanese and American
 gamers in suspense for the next Pokémon RPG for Gameboy. Gamefreak has come up with yet another definite hit, Pokémon Silver & Gold, which will soon be released in Japan and soon after in America, hopefully. Silver & Gold won't be some bomb sequel, thrown together in a couple of month's, it has been in creation for a couple of years now and boasts some of the most spectacular features and innovative gameplay ever crammed into a 2 meg Gameboy cartridge. It appears this really friggin sucks that the awaited Voodoo4 may not arrive until first quarter of 2000.
Most of us were hoping Santa was going to give us a nice stocking stuffer, but apparently not. Bad news for 3dfx as they are sure to lose money on this one.
The set back is due to the development of the 14 million transitors in the gigapixel chip.
Dont worry 3Dfx, Im waiting for ya baby.

HP is slated to release its first "Internet Appliance" per CNet.
Will this sucker make you toast and eggs in the morning. Not likely. Seems that Gateway, HP and others are moving forward to cash in on Macintosh's IMac designs. You know, those shoe boxes with all the intergrated components that light up when you turn em on.
And of course they all use those catch phrases like "sleek and stylish" and "Sure to usher in a new generation of performance". But of course back in the 80's the Yugo was sleek and stylish And you could buy one get one free
Great idea if you are looking for USB capable devices, crappy concept for those of us that like to fiddle with the internal components.
