Adanté makes it easy for
a group of people to respond to messages efficiently without
the problems of duplication, inconsistency, or unanswered
messages.
Rules-based message preprocessing evaluates the content of
an incoming message from an email or
web-based form. Using
user-defined routing rules, Adanté
determines whether to send
an automated response or route the
message to the most
appropriate individual or group to be
handled personally.
Adanté's automated responses can be
used in conjunction with
the Message Preprocessing feature. If
an incoming message
contains the words or expressions
specified in the routing rules,
Adanté can automatically generate an
email response to the
sender. In addition, if the original
sender replies to the
automated response, Adanté ensures that
a second automated
reply is not invoked and the reply is
forwarded to the
appropriate individual or group.
Although automated responses can help to reduce the email
workload, they can also cause problems
if customers are not
receiving the information they
requested. Adanté's preview
feature allows users to test the
routing rules that they define to
ensure that the filters are accurate
and only send automated
responses to the messages for which
they are intended.
Adanté allows users to configure routing rules to evaluate
each
incoming message and determine which
individual or group
should respond to the message. After
evaluating the message
content, Adanté automatically routes
the incoming message to
the most appropriate individual or
group.
Adanté provides centralized message
queues to enable a
group of people within the organization
to respond in a
coordinated manner to messages sent to
"shared inboxes" (e.g.
support@your.company.com or
info@your.company.com).
When a user selects an incoming message
from the queue, the
message is automatically removed from
the queue so that other
users won't also respond to it. Since
all information is
centralized, any user can check the
owner and status of a
message at any time.

When responding to an incoming message, Adanté gives users
access to all prior communications
between the contact and any
individual or group within the
organization. In addition, users
have direct access to the customer's
profile record, which may
include attributes such as demographics
or account information.
Adanté stores all communications between a contact and any
individual or group at your
organization in a central location for
anyone to view. This centralized
communication history offers a
three-paned interface and threaded
discussions that make it
easy to refer back to previous
correspondence with a customer
when responding to new incoming
messages.
Adanté allows users to create a
centralized knowledge base
including responses to commonly asked
questions that can
easily be inserted into email replies
to customers. Once a user
creates a standard reply, the same
message can be used by
any Adanté user to increase efficiency
and ensure that the
organization presents a consistent and
accurate message to
every customer. Messages within the
Library can be
categorized for easy look-up, and any
user can preview a
standard response before inserting it
into an email message.
For added convenience, each user can
organize library
messages into their own list of
Frequently Used Responses.
When a customer uses more than one email address to
correspond with your organization, it
can be difficult to keep
track of all correspondence with that
person. Adanté provides a
mechanism for merging all information
to maintain a single
contact record and communication
history regardless of how
many email addresses the customer uses.
Occasionally, Internet email cannot be delivered and is
returned
to the sender. Knowing a response to a
customer was not
received is important for good customer
service. Adanté
processes returned email messages by
linking the return notice
directly to the original message and
notifying the sender of the
returned message. This feature ensures
the sender is aware of
returned messages and takes the
necessary action to contact
the customer.
If an incoming message is sent to the wrong person or
address,
Adanté makes it simple to reassign the
message to the correct
person or group while keeping it in the
centralized system. This
can be accomplished using forwarding,
redirecting (which is
similar to forwarding but makes it
easier for the recipient to
reply back to the original sender), or
message ownership.
Users can use Adanté's reports to
monitor the volume of
incoming and outgoing messages by date,
owner, or email
address in order to track individual or
group performance.
These built-in reports make it easy to
detect new resource
requirements and monitor the success of
new programs.
Adanté also allows users to view
contacts based on attributes
contained in the customer profile
record.
When a new customer or contact sends a message to Adanté
via email or a web-based form, a
contact record is automatically
created for that person. This record
contains contact information
including name, mailing address, and
email address and can
also be customized to capture other
valuable attributes such as
status or preferences of the customer.
Adanté allows you to customize the contact profile via
user-defined fields so that you can
record information that is
valuable to your specific business.
Keyword lists ensure that
data entry in the contact record is
quick and consistent. You can
use Adanté's management reporting
feature to view contacts by
information contained in a user
definable field. In addition, these
profiles can be leveraged to target
specific customer segments
for new business opportunities and
targeted mailings in the
future.
