Introduction:
If you find yourself (or someone else you care about)
staying online or playing games far past bedtime, Sleepy
will break that habit by forcing Windows to shut down at a
specific time on the days you specify.
Sleepy will warn you before shutdown, so you have a chance
to save any documents, games in progress, and such. While
Sleepy is running, you won't see any distracting little
icons or windows.
