JITI Builder provides an easy-to-use platform for adding meta data to your MS Office documents. Although you can accomplish this by opening a document and accessing the Properties dialog box from within MS Office, JITI Builder expands the possibilities considerably. Rather than laboriously tagging each document individually, JITI Builder allows you to create and save lists of files that you can update in a single operation. The tabbed interface allows you to add a description, keywords, title, author, copyright information, and much more. It comes with a list of popular property tags, which you can selectively use or edit as you like. It includes a spelling checker and a thesaurus that's particularly valuable for thorough keyword coverage. JITI Builder is fast, easy to use, and a great time-saver if you need to manage large quantities of MS Office documents.
