Grace

Grace is a WYSIWYG 2D plotting tool for X Window System and OSF Motif (recent versions of LessTif are, by and large, fine, too). A few of features of Grace are:

  • User defined scaling, tick marks, labels, symbols, line styles, colors.
  • Batch mode for unattended plotting.
  • Read and write parameters used during a session.
  • Regressions, splines, running averages, DFT/FFT, cross/auto-correlation, ...
  • Support for dynamic module loading.
  • Hardcopy support for PostScript, PDF, GIF, and PNM formats.
  • Device-independent Type1 font rastering.
