Microsoft Support Center – The Microsoft Support Center site contains a wealth of resources to help you get the most from your product. Here you can search the entire Knowledge Base, view all our Troubleshooting Wizards, and access all our downloadable files. You can also view the extensive online glossary of computer terms, and find phone numbers and support options for all Microsoft products.

Microsoft Year 2000 Resource Center Product Guide - Curious about the Microsoft VM and Y2K compliance? Visit the year 2000 section of the Microsoft TechNet Web site.

Java newsgroups - For assistance with specific problems, there are a variety of newsgroups available. We will be actively monitoring and addressing issues raised in these forums. For advice on configuring a newsreader, please see How to Read Newsgroups.

Java-COM mailing list - If you're interested in discussions about the implementation of solutions using Java and Component Object Model (COM) together, sign up for the Java-COM mailing list.

JScript - The Microsoft^® JScript^® section on the Microsoft Scripting Technologies Web site addresses issues concerning JScript, the first scripting language to fully conform to ECMAScript, the Web's only standard scripting language. The newsgroup, newsgroup microsoft.public.internetexplorer.scripting, is also a valuable resource.
