New Microsoft virtual machine released
A new version of the Microsoft® virtual machine (Microsoft VM) is now available for download. This version eliminates a security vulnerability that could be exploited to perform malicious acts. This is a recommended update. Download your free copy of the Microsoft VM (build 3188 for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or build 2442 for Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01) today (connection fees may apply).
Microsoft Honored at JavaOne
Microsoft was honored by the Java Pro Reader's Choice Awards with the Microsoft virtual machine taking "Best Java Virtual Machine" in both the client and server categories. Download the latest Microsoft SDK for Java -- Version 3.2
Designed as the developer's companion to Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5, SDK for Java version 3.2 includes updated development tools, samples, documentation, and the Microsoft compiler for Java (JVC). Microsoft Application Foundation Classes (AFC), tools and documentation are no longer contained in the Microsoft SDK for Java. AFC is now available in the new Microsoft SDK for AFC version 1.0.

Microsoft SDK for Java 3.1 -- now available in Japanese
The Japanese-language edition of Microsoft's acclaimed SDK for Java, version 3.1, has been released. This completely localized translation is loaded with features, including enhanced support for development tools and ActiveX interoperability, better debugging of JIT, and improved performance profiling of Java applets and applications. It also comes equipped with the Microsoft® VM build 3169. Visit the Microsoft Japan Web site to download your copy.
