Our sales representatives go through constant and extensive
training on all the products that we distribute. We are therefore able to provide you with information that you need, whether its pricing, shipping/delivery, technical or competitive. We are available from
7am to 6pm CST.
Technical Support
Our technical support department can assist you in installation, configuration and troubleshooting on all of the products we carry.
Shipping
Orders
received by 4:30pm will ship the same day. We utilize all the major freight carriers and can track your shipment on the Internet or with the vendors own on-line services. Will Call is also available if you
live in the MPLS/ST. Paul area. We will also drop ship any orders for you. If a product, for some reason is not in inventory we have the ability to drop ship directly from our vendors to your customer.
Flexible Return Policy
We take the frustration out of RMA's, Stock Balancing and Stock Rotation. We have a straightforward RMA policy. If you receive a DOA product, you must return the product
with an RMA number within 30 days of the invoice date. For returns after 30 days we follow vendor RMA guidelines. Please contact your sales rep for vendor specific guidelines and an RMA authorization number.

We concentrate on only a limited number of "best of breed" product lines. We choose the products that we distribute carefully, focusing on all aspects of a product line,
not just "if it will sell". Technical excellence, marketing/advertising, and channel commitment all play key roles in determining what product lines we will put our name behind. We also use the products we
distribute every day for our own personal use, ensuring that we know the products inside and out.
We KNOW the market
We are continually updating our market intelligence. We stay on top of the
industry in general, and whenever new technologies or sales opportunities arise, we will pass that knowledge on to you.
