How do I sign up?
- Just follow the directions below:
- Send a message to
majordomo@databack.com
- In that message leave the subject blank, and in the body of the
message just put the words "subscribe slaughterhouse" (without the quotes).
You don't have to put your email address or anything else, JUST the words
subscribe slaughterhouse.
NOTE: If you ever wish to unsubscribe,
just follow the same steps but put the words "unsubscribe slaughterhouse" (without the quotes)
instead of subscribe.

SlaughterHouse/My Yahoo News Ticker

What is it? - It's a custom version of the standard
My Yahoo ticker.
It brings a direct feed of the latest headline news, stock quotes, sports scores, and
weather reports for any Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 machine connected to the Internet.
It resides directly on your task bar, or runs as a top-level window or "glued" to your
Windows desktop. It even automatically runs inside your favorite screen saver if you choose!
Sounds kind of cool but why should I use this instead of Pointcast or any of the
other similar "ticker" apps? - Simple. What the SlaughterHouse/My Yahoo news
ticker provides that no one else does is software updates and new release info.
Every time a program is updated or add to the Slaughterhouse it will also appear
instantly on the news ticker.Instead of wasting your time checking shareware site
after shareware site, have the latest info delivered right to your desktop!
